I have spent years working closely with healthcare, dental, MedTech, SaaS, health insurance, and clinic-growth businesses. During this journey, I noticed one common problem: most sales professionals were trained to pitch products, but not trained to understand buyers.

From a Small Village to Healthcare Sales Lion
I come from a humble village background in Baiyanpur, Sonipat (Haryana), where my father repaired sewing machines and we lived with very limited resources. I studied under kerosene lamps, taught myself from NCERT books, and in 2005, became the first student from my village to crack PMT and the first dental doctor from my village by getting admission to Government Dental College, PGIMS Rohtak.
After completing my BDS, clinical training, and hospital administration studies, I opened my own clinic in Delhi. But a sudden personal tragedy forced me to shut it down and restart life from zero. That difficult phase led me into the healthcare business and sales world, where I rebuilt myself through grit, systems, and performance.
Over the years, I went on to contribute to $50M+ in sales, lead field and digital teams, build new business channels, and train 1,500+ professionals.
This journey became the foundation of Healthcare Sales Lion — my mission to help healthcare professionals, clinic owners, and sales teams grow through structured healthcare sales, trust-based communication, leadership, and execution systems.
The Moment That Still Drives Me
The first time I saw tears in my father’s eyes was in 2005 — when I became the first student from my village to crack PMT and secure admission to a government dental college.
Those were not tears of pain.
They were tears of pride.
That moment reminded me that even the smallest win can feel like Everest when you come from the ground up.
That memory still drives me today — in every role I play as a leader, trainer, marketer, mentor, and founder.
